The 11th edition of the Mesic 2025 conference was held in Bilbao from 18 to 20 June.

On 18th of June 2025, we assist to the Mesic Conferences, and we used it to disseminate our edu4plastic training book.

Today, June 10th, we held a dissemination meeting for the EDU4PLASTIC project at the Higher Engineering School at the University of Cádiz. Professors from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria attended the meeting.

We are pleased to announce the start of our first «Young Researchers’ Conference – New Fields- to be held 29st-30st April 2025.

This conference is part of the activities carried out by the Master’s Degree in Engineering, Processing and Characterisation of Materials. Funded through the project «Recycling and Valorisation of Plastic Materials. Incorporation of Industrial and Post-consumer By-products (RED2022-134806-T) (01/06/23 – 31/05/25). Today we visited the València campus with professors from the Transilvania University of Brasov. They visited the design and manufacturing Institute (IDF) and the institute of biomechanics (IBV).

The edu4plastic Transnational Project Meeting (TPM3) continues today, April 11th. Partners from Romania (Universitatea Politehnica Timisoara and Universitatea Transilvania din Brasov), Italy (Universita degli studi dell’Insubria), Slovenia (Faculty of environmental protection Velenje and Dermol svetovanje, d.o.o.) and Spain (Universitat Politecnica de Valencia) will meet in UPV Valencia Campus.

We are participating in the Limerick Lifelong Learning Festival 2025 under the theme «Literacy for Life» and as part of the festival the «Digital Services & Senior’s Inclusion (DSSI)» project: The potential of a Libraries & Communities Alliance in the post COVID Era» EU project will be featured in a special session at the festival dedicated to the DSSI project.
